Jared and other management are doing a great job creating a good work environment…it shows in the positive vibe they give. Definitely coming back. This was the Alpharetta, GA location (Haynes Bridge/GA400)."

"Sofia provided outstanding service while preparing my bowl at CAVA. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind, making the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. It’s important to remember that many of the people working there are college students doing their best, and they deserve to be treated with respect. Not every customer is kind, specially when its busy I was there on Monday and clearly they were short staffed, they were running out of chicken, but be considerate, service workers are human too and deserve the same courtesy they give us and don’t take things personal, if they are not giving you more is not because of your face is because they have portions. Sofia handled everything with professionalism and grace she truly deserves a raise!"

"I want to leave this review to compliment the employee I interacted with, believe her name was Brittany. She helped us and was great, but the women behind me and my mom had never been to cava before. She literally tasted EVERY item and asked what the ingredients were. For most employees, that would have been annoying. I watched from the table as Brittany explained EVERYTHING to this woman with joy and laughter. She was genuinely just such a kind soul. I hope the store manager sees this and gives her a raise because it’s very uncommon to witness people like Brittany in this day and age."

"This restaurant is a 10/10. It’s so amazing I had to be sure to leave a review. The food is really delicious & fresh. When I first saw my dish I honestly didn’t think it would be good because of the toppings but man o man when I took the first bite, it was so flavorful & perfect. Def changed my entire reaction. I got a chicken rice dish and the pita wrap. It was so good I went a 2nd time around. Please try them atleast once in your life. I am a customer for life! They are so much better than Chipotle, somebody had to say it! I hope I have the same experience with the other locations!"

"I’ve been coming to this place for a little over a year, and the food is always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I need to start my day. The crew is consistently friendly and fast, and even when it’s busy, there’s never really a wait because of how well the team works together. Shoutout to Jessica, who always brings the best energy no matter the time or day. She’s efficient, upbeat, and truly a leader with the way she supports her teammates. I highly recommend this location!"

"I stopped by CAVA last week when I needed a decent lunch. The spicy lamb + sweet potato was nicely seasoned and juicy, piled with ton of fresh toppings, was delicious. Service was quick, and the place has a clean, welcoming feel. I’ll definitely go again, it's the perfect best alternative to bad Chipotle."

"Updated Review: 07/26/2025 I generally enjoy Kava the food is fresh and the online ordering system is convenient. However, one consistent issue I've noticed is with pickup orders. When I arrive to pick up my online order, the staff at the counter often prioritize walk-in customers over simply acknowledging or handing me my ready order. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, as I end up waiting in line behind people placing new orders. It would be great if pickup customers could be helped promptl especially when the order is already prepaid Tried the Steak + Harissa bowl at CAVA and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, flavorful, and felt healthy. I liked the mix of greens, brown rice, steak, spicy lamb meatballs, and all the toppingsespecially the Crazy Feta and hot harissa vinaigrette. The side pita was a nice bonus too. Solid meal overall, definitely something I’d order again"
